1st Floor: Salon / kitchen / dining area, bedroom (double bed with separate mattresses, 180x200), bathroom with bath/shower combination and W.C.
2nd Floor: Large open space with sofa bed, 2 single beds and a child's cod; office / computer corner; shower room with W.C.

This villa is situated in a small and quiet village on a one-way street, but it is only 35 km from Annecy and 45 km from Geneva. A family of 4 can comfortably fit (plus a baby).
Guests have use of the garden. We live next door and are always happy to assist or advise.
Guests will need their own transport to arrive and depart but we can provide bicycles to get around locally. Guests will have a private garage and and there is space for two cars in front.
We have received 4 star classification from the French Tourist Board (Initiative Tourisme 74).
